A THS Membership allows you unlimited use of the grounds, it's buildings, and the Mountain Trail Course. Non-Members of the THS must pay the daily drop in fee. BCHBC membership allows use of the Mountain Trail Course, driveway, parking lot, water, and outhouse, if using the rest of the THS facilities you must either pay the daily drop in fee or become a THS member. THS liability forms must be signed before using the grounds in any capacity.
Members Rates:
Grounds Rental - $75 per day
Stall Cleaning after event, if applicable - $15 per hour
Camping without power - free
Camping with power - $5 per day
Stall Fee (including shavings) - free
Non-Members Rates:
Grounds Rental - $100 per day
Daily Drop-In - $20 per day
Stall (including shavings)/Pen - $10 per day
Camping – without power - $10 per day
Camping – with power - $15 per day
Instructors/Coaches using grounds to give lessons - $5 per hour per student
a). A huge steel enclosed main riding arena with bleachers for spectators.
b). A dressage arena
c). A jump arena with full set of jumps
d). Two large round pens
e). A clubhouse equipped with kitchen and bathroom, shower and hot water.
f). Two barns with room for many horses to be stalled and power.
g). Tons of parking
h). An outhouse
i). Lots of buildings for storage of equipment and shavings.
j). Announcers booth of main arena.
k). Judge booths for the other two arena
l). A large trail riding network
m) A brand new mountain trail course sponsored by and in partnership with the West Kootenay Chapter of the Back Country Horsemen.
n). A well with our own water (non potable).
0). Lots of space for camping with access to power at the barns.
p). A fire pit with bench seating and picnic tables.
q). A tractor with groomer and mower.
