Facilities & Fees

Fees

THS Membership allows you unlimited use of the Grounds, it's buildings, and the Mountain Trail Course. Non-Members of the THS must pay the daily drop-in fee. BCHBC membership allows use of the Mountain Trail Course, driveway, parking lot, water, and washroom. If using the rest of the THS facilities you must either pay the daily drop in fee, or become a THS member. THS liability forms must be signed before using the grounds in any capacity.


Members Rates:

Grounds Rental: $100 per day

Stall Cleaning after event (if applicable): $15 per hour

Camping, without power: Included, free of charge

Camping, with power: Included, free of charge

Stall (including shavings): Included, free of charge


Non-Members Rates:

Grounds Rental: $150 per day

Daily Drop-In: $20 per day

Stall (including shavings) or outdoor Pen:  Included with daily drop-in fee

Camping, without power:   Included with daily drop-in fee

Camping, with power: $10 per day


Instructors/Coaches using Grounds for lessons must be THS members.

Facilities

  •  Large, steel panel enclosed, Main Riding Arena with bleachers for spectators;
  • Dressage Arena;
  • Jump Arena with full set of jumps;
  • Two large Round Pens;
  • Clubhouse equipped with kitchen, bathroom, shower and hot water;
  • Two barns with power. 29 box stalls;
  • Several uncovered, outdoor Pens
  • Tons of parking;
  • Outhouse;
  • Several buildings for storage of equipment and shavings.
  • Announcers booth of main arena;
  • Judge booths for the other two arenas;
  • Columbia River Loop. A 6.5km trail with many features and "playgrounds";
  • Mountain Trail Course;
  • A well. Non-potable water;
  • Basic camping with access to power at the barns;
  • Fire pit with bench seating and picnic tables;
  • Tractor with groomer and mower.
