Grounds Rules

We are a volunteer-run group.  Please be respectful of each other and the property.  Act responsibly and help out.  We would like to see our continued use of this amazing facility, so please help us ensure THS’s future by following the rules. 

In order to use the Grounds you must have paid your current year's Membership fees & signed and submitted all waivers. Forms are available on our membership page.

*Non member drop-ins or groups must pre-book by contacting us ahead of time to book your spot and to fill out the appropriate paperwork.*

All users participating in equestrian activities must have up-to-date Horse Council BC Insurance. 

All users under 18 must wear a helmet when participating in equine activities.

 Please clean up after your horse!  ALL poop must be cleaned and put into the manure pile while using the facility.

Also, please strip and lime stalls upon leaving.

  Please take garbage & recycling with you as we do not have garbage/recycle service at the grounds.

 Dogs are welcome, provided they remain under the owner's control.  Please clean up all your dogs poop!

We highly encourage any dog walker to purchase a THS membership so that you are covered by our insurance in case incidents were to happen on THS Grounds.
